We invite you to comment on availability of State Waste Discharge Permit Application for Greenwood Mushrooms Sunnyside I.A. LLC., Permit No.  ST0501370.


The application may be viewed at the Department of Ecology (Department) website: https://apps.ecology.wa.gov/paris/FacilitySummary.aspx?FacilityId=100002953.


Following evaluation of the applications and other available information, a draft permit will be developed which would allow the discharge of industrial wastewater to the Port of Sunnyside and land by ground application from its facility located at 1111 Midvale Road, Sunnyside, WA. All discharges to be in compliance with the Department of Ecology's Water Quality Standards for a permit to be issued.
