The Washington Department of Ecology invites you to review and provide feedback on the first Periodic Review Report for the Frederickson Industrial Park cleanup site. This review ensures that the cleanup remains effective and continues to meet all cleanup requirements. Our findings indicate that the cleanup method in place remains effective in protecting both human health and the environment.
Under the Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA), institutional controls are required at sites where some contamination remains after cleanup. Ecology performs periodic reviews approximately every five years to ensure these controls continue to protect both human health and the environment.
You can also view the Periodic Review Report by visiting the site webpage. Click "View Documents" in the sidebar or scroll down to the "Documents" section and open the drop-down menu. The report is titled "Frederickson Industrial Park - Draft Periodic Review" and is located with the technical reports.
