Recission of Cardinal FG Company Winlock permit No. PSD 03-03 A2 (12/13/2010)

Cardinal FG Company Winlock has installed a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system to control NOx emissions from glass furnace. The SCR, combined with the federally enforceable allowable emissions limits are expected to keep the Cardinal Glass plant’s allowable emissions below the PSD threshold of 250 tons per year for each PSD regulated air pollutant. The proposed permit rescission reflects these changes.
